Lady Slipper Cove is a personal blog about those interests in my life, which are quite diverse: Travel, to many interesting places; Heritage, my Stephen Moore Genealogy blog. Neurodiagnostics has led to many life experiences, stories, and some of my travels; Hobbies: genealogy, model trains, photography, and computers; "The Cove", my farm where the Lady Slippers grow and I find solace and rest. Azaleas

Recently, everyone seems to be posting pictures of flowers in their gardens or a pic-a-day in May. Now I know I will never be posting every day, but I thought perhaps I should post a picture of my home in Wilmington surrounded by azaleas.

Our Wilmington azalea festival was already about 3 weeks ago, and my azaleas this year have all but faded, so this picture was taken several years ago, but it does repeat itself every spring. You can see why we have an azalea festival!
